A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return if the product does not suit you.

The product must be unused, unwashed and returned in its original packaging in good condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

•Defective product or order error

If the item received is damaged, defective or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the problem.

We will offer you an exchange or a refund.
